Do you offer parking?

Not all of our units have parking, but we can generally obtain it for you at $250/month. Each space is located in our attached secure parking garage. Guests will be given a garage opener with a dedicated parking space number to park in for the duration of their stay.

Can I mail something to the condo during my stay?

Our condos are not set up for mail delivery, please contact us and we will give instructions on how to properly send your mail.

What is included in the condos?

Each condo includes bedding, pillows, towels, soap, paper towel, toilet paper (starter kit), a full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, cooking supplies and utensils, cable TV, cable internet, washer/dryer (when available), heating and a/c (up to $200/month).

How far are you from the airports?

We are approximately 18 miles from both O’Hare and Midway airports. You can take a cab for about $40 or public transit (we are a block from the red line EL Chicago Avenue stop). From each airport you will have to make one transfer on the subway. One week prior to arrival you will be given complete instructions on transportation options.

When are Deposits Returned?

Deposits are returned around the 15th of the month following your departure. Please email us prior to your departure with an updated address so your deposit can be mailed back to you promptly.

What happens if there is an issue with the condo once we arrive?

Please call us at (773) 559-6570. We are generally able to help at any time. For pressing maintenance issues late at night, we ask you call our front desk at (312) 951-9048 and they can assist you.

As guests can we use the amenities?

Yes! All guests are allowed complete use of our pool, sun deck, grills, theater room, fitness center, business center, and party room. Please see rules within your condo on hours and regulations.
